
By default, XPoster will ignore posts pulled in using post importers. This is because it’s an undesirable action in many cases – flooding social media with 3000 updates in 10 minutes because you imported a bunch of content is unlikely to be a desired outcome.
However, the same checks that protect against this can sometimes prevent intentional automatic imports from publishing status updates, such as RSS feed subscriptions.
If you’re having problems getting some posts to update, you may want to enable this option. Be cautious, however, as it may result in more updates than you really wanted to send. It’s a good idea to test this in staging mode before turning it on entirely.
